*PLEASE NOTE- If you are going to miss a VPA recital, an Excused Absence Request forms must be submitted at least one day prior to a missed recital; the document is below and available for printing; hard copies are available in the orchestra room.

*Do not assume that absences are excused just because you submitted a form.

*Ms. Hollingsworth will respond via email whether the absence is excused or not.
